Our office is on the ground floor of Abhishek Apartment. It is right on Varachha Road, near Jay Ganesh Road. If you know where Vaishali Cinema is, you can find us pretty easily because we are just a short walk from there. It is a busy area, so there is always noise from the traffic and people moving about. We handle construction work and building projects. It is not always glamorous. Most of my day is spent on the phone talking to suppliers about sand or bricks that have not arrived yet. The desk is usually piled high with site plans and old receipts that I need to organize. We started this because we wanted to build things that would actually last in this climate. It is a small team here, just a few of us trying to keep everything on schedule. Sometimes projects get delayed because of the rain or some other issue, and those are the tough days. We do not have a fancy showroom or anything like that. People come in to discuss their house plans or to see how the progress is going on a site. The floor is often a bit dusty because we are always coming and going from different construction spots. It is just how we work. We do not use big words or make huge promises, we just try to get the walls up and the roofs on before the next season hits.
