We’re located in S/4 at the Shalibhadra Complex in Nanpura. It’s a pretty well-known spot in this part of Surat. If you’re around Nanpura, you’ve probably walked past us a few times. Our shop isn't very big, but we have the oven going most of the time. It gets quite warm in there, especially in the evenings when things really pick up. We spend most of our time prepping dough and cutting up vegetables. It’s a messy job, but we enjoy it. We don't have a fancy dining area. It's more of a local place where people just grab something and go or wait around for their order. Sometimes the delivery guys are all lined up outside, and it gets a bit chaotic. We try to keep up with the orders, but when it’s busy, there might be a bit of a wait. We aren't using any secret recipes or anything, just regular ingredients that we get fresh. The staff here are just regular people from the neighborhood. We’ve been in the Shalibhadra Complex for some time now and know most of the regulars. We don't put on any acts. We just make the food and hope people like it. It’s a simple business and we like it that way. No big corporate rules, just us working in the kitchen every day. We just want to get the orders right and keep things moving. It's hard work but it's okay.
