Perfect Roto Polymer

Perfect Roto Polymer is out in Sachin GIDC, at Plot No. 4313/6/7 on Road No. 43-D. If you’ve ever been to the GIDC, you know it’s a massive place full of factories. We are right in the thick of it. The air usually smells like industry, and there is a constant hum of machinery in the background. Our plot is quite large because we need the space for the polymer processing. It’s a messy business, to be honest. There is plastic material everywhere and the machines are quite loud. We don’t have a fancy office; our main focus is what happens on the factory floor. The workers here are used to the heat and the hard work. We spend a lot of time monitoring the temperatures and making sure the molds are coming out right. It’s not something you can do with a suit on. We wear heavy-duty clothes and stay on our feet most of the shift. Road 43-D is usually busy with trucks loading and unloading. We’ve had to learn how to manage the logistics of getting materials in and out without causing a traffic jam. It’s a tough environment, but it’s what we know. We don't have a website that looks like a magazine. We just have our factory and the work we do every day. It’s about the polymer and nothing else. We just get on with the job and hope for a smooth day without any machine breakdowns.
