Pearl Fashion

This branch of Pearl Fashion is in the Shree Om Market near Sahara Darwaja. We are at shop number 501. It’s on the Ring Road which everyone knows is the busiest part of the whole city. Being near Sahara Darwaja means there is constant movement. Our shop is up on the fifth floor so we have to use the lift which is sometimes broken. When that happens we have to carry everything up the stairs which is a real workout. We sell a lot of different fashion items here. It’s a tight space but we make it work by using every inch of the walls for storage. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Most of the people who come here are regular buyers who have been dealing with us for years. They know the quality of what we have even if we don't shout about it. We sit on the floor cushions mostly and show the samples. It’s a very traditional way of doing business in this market. Sometimes we have a little stove in the corner to make tea for visitors. It’s not polished or corporate at all. It’s just us doing our daily business in a crowded market building. We try to be honest with our prices and just keep the customers happy so they come back next time.
