Our office is tucked away in the basement of Jivandip Complex. It is B-8, so you have to head down the stairs to find us. We are on Ring Road, right across from the Sab Jail. It sounds like a strange landmark, but it helps people find us every time. Nirmal Hospital is also close by if you know that area. Being in the basement means it stays a bit cooler in the Surat heat, which we don't mind at all. We spend our days looking at travel schedules and taking calls. Sometimes the signal isn't the best downstairs, but we make it work. It is a simple office. There is no big sign outside, just our door. We've been here for a good bit of time now. Usually, there is a lot of activity on the road above us, but it stays quiet enough to get things done. People stop by after finishing their work nearby. We have some old chairs for visitors and a lot of paperwork on the desks. We handle tours and travels for the locals. It isn't a corporate environment. We know the neighbors and the guys at the tea stall nearby. If you are looking for us, just remember we are opposite the jail. We open up in the morning and stay until the work is finished. It is just a regular local business doing its thing. There are no fancy decorations or anything. We just focus on the travel details.
