Patel & Krunal Travels

We are Patel & Krunal Travels, and you can find us at 6, Sardar Palace on the Bhathena Canal Road. This is in the Udhna part of Surat, not far from the Khadi Bridge. It’s a pretty easy spot to find if you are familiar with the canal area. Our office is a simple one, located in the Sardar Palace building. We spend our time managing travel arrangements for people in the neighborhood. It’s not a high-tech operation with big screens everywhere. We mostly use our phones and some old-fashioned notebooks to keep track of everything. The area around Khadi Bridge can get a bit crowded during the rush hour, but we like being here. We have a lot of regulars who stop by just to see what the rates are or to book a trip for their family. We don't use any marketing tricks to get people through the door. We just sit here and do the work. The shop is small and sometimes it gets a bit messy with all the papers, but we know where everything is. Running a travel business in Udhna keeps us on our toes because people are always on the move. We’ve been part of this community for a while and we enjoy the daily interactions with our neighbors. It’s just a normal, hardworking shop where we try to stay helpful without any big corporate talk.
