Parul Modi

I am Parul Modi and you can find me at B-25 Katargam Castle Street in Ashok Nagar. This is a residential area mostly, so it is a bit quieter than the main markets. I have converted part of the space into a workspace where I can focus on my daily tasks. It is not a big office with a sign out front, just a regular door in the street. I have been doing this for a few years now, starting out quite small and just growing as more neighbors asked for help. The room is filled with my supplies and a small table where I do most of the thinking and working. My kids sometimes run in and out while I am busy, which can be distracting but I wouldn't have it any other way. I don't have a big marketing plan or a sales team. Usually, someone tells their friend about what I do and they give me a call. I like the personal touch of talking directly to everyone who comes by. Katargam is a good place to be because everything you need is just a short walk away. Sometimes I take my work to the porch if the weather is nice and the birds are out. It is a very simple setup and I keep my own hours mostly. I try to stay organized but with everything going on, the desk usually ends up covered in papers by the end of the day.
