Paresh J Tailor

My office is at A 410 in Yash Plaza, over in the Pratap Gunj area of Vadodara. I’ve been working as Paresh J Tailor here for quite a few years now. Kadodara is a decent place to be based, even if the traffic gets a bit much sometimes. The office is up on the fourth floor, so it’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens more often than I’d like. I don't have a big staff or any fancy equipment. It’s just me, a desk, and a bunch of files I’ve kept over the years. I handle property deals for people around Vadodara, mostly focusing on homes and small shops. I prefer to do things the old-fashioned way, sitting down with someone and talking over a glass of water. It’s easier to understand what someone wants when you’re looking at them. The walls of the office are mostly covered in old calendars and maps of the city districts. I spend a lot of my time driving out to Kadodara and other spots to check on new listings. It’s a lot of work, and sometimes it feels like I’m always on the phone. But I like the independence of it. I don't have a boss telling me what to do, just the clients who need help with their housing. It’s a simple business and I try to keep it that way. No big speeches or promises, just honest talk about what’s available in the market.
