We’re located at M/35 in the Sargam Shopping Centre. It’s near Parle Point on Tcm Royan Road, right by the Goods Shed Road. It’s an old shopping center, but it’s always got people moving through it. Our shop isn’t very big, but we’ve got it filled with all sorts of fashion items. We’ve been here for a long time, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint. We mostly just focus on keeping the racks full. It’s a family-run thing, so you’ll usually see one of us behind the counter. We don't have a fancy computer system; we still write out most of our receipts by hand in a big ledger. The shoppers in this area are mostly locals who’ve been coming to us for years. We know most of them by name. Sometimes we stay open a bit later if a regular customer calls and says they’re stuck in traffic. The air conditioning works most of the time, but during the peak of summer, it struggles a bit. We don't do any big promotions or anything. Word of mouth has always been enough for us. It’s a bit cluttered inside because we like to have a lot of variety, but we know where everything is. If you're looking for something specific, you just have to ask. We enjoy being part of the community here at Parle Point and wouldn't want to be anywhere else.
