Paradise Environmental Servicess

You can find us over in Sagrampura, specifically on Desai Street in Desai Wadi. We’re right across from the subjail, which is a landmark everyone around here knows. Paradise Environmental Servicess is a name that sounds a bit bigger than we actually are. In reality, it’s just a group of us who handle the dirty work that other people don’t want to do. Whether it’s cleaning up or dealing with waste, it’s physical and it’s tiring. Our office is small and mostly used for storing our equipment—buckets, brushes, and the chemicals we use. There’s usually a bit of a soapy smell lingering in the air. We start early, often before the sun is fully up, to get to the jobs before the traffic gets too bad. Sagrampura is an old part of town with narrow lanes, so we have to be careful where we park the van. We don’t have a fancy mission statement. We just show up and clean things. Sometimes the weather makes it tough, especially when it rains and everything gets muddy, but the work doesn't stop. We talk to the locals a lot, and most of our work comes from someone recommending us to a friend. We don’t have a big corporate office or a receptionist. If you call, one of us will answer the phone while we’re out on a job. It’s just how it is.
