Pankaj L Dalal

I am Pankaj L Dalal and my office is located in Surat at A 4. It is a simple setup in a city that is always moving fast. I have been working from this location for quite a few years now. The office isn't anything you would see in a magazine. It is just a room with my desk, some filing cabinets, and a couple of chairs for whoever drops by. I handle all sorts of daily tasks and paperwork from here. Surat is a big place, but I have managed to carve out my own little corner at A 4. I don't go in for fancy titles or a big staff. It is mostly just me taking care of business one step at a time. The neighborhood has changed a lot since I first started, but my routine stays pretty much the same. I get in early, have my tea, and start looking through the folders. Sometimes the heat in Surat gets to be a bit much, but we just keep the fans going and keep working. People know me in the area, and I appreciate the familiar faces I see every day. There is no receptionist to greet you, just me sitting at the desk. I prefer it this way because I can talk directly to anyone who needs help. It is a very practical way to run things. I just keep my head down and do what needs doing every single day.
