You can find us at 102 in the Sakar Complex on Bhatar Road. We are right across from Raj Empire, which is a big landmark that most people in this part of Surat know. Bhatar Road is usually moving pretty fast with cars and rickshaws, so it’s a lively place to have an office. We’ve got a regular routine here at Pandya Travels. We open up, get the computers running, and start looking at the bookings for the day. It’s a plain office, nothing too special to look at, but it’s comfortable enough for us and the people who stop by. Often, someone will come in after seeing the sign while they are out running errands. We talk about where they need to go and see what’s available. It is mostly just talking and typing. We don't use a lot of complicated systems, just what works to get the job done. Sometimes we stay late if there is a lot of paperwork to catch up on. Being in the 395007 area feels like home. We know the neighbors and the guy who sells snacks nearby. It’s a decent spot. We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that. People just know we are here in Sakar Complex if they need a ticket. It’s just how we run things, keeping it straightforward and making sure the details are settled for whoever walks through the door.
