Radhe Krishna Fashion

Radhe Krishna Fashion is tucked away in the Ratnakala Complex, unit A-85, over in the Pandol area. This whole complex is full of people working in the fashion and textile trade, so it’s always a very lively place to be. We’ve been here for a bit now, and our daily routine is pretty much the same every day. We get in early to open up and start going through the new stock that arrived the previous evening. We deal with a lot of different styles and fabrics, trying to keep up with what people are wearing lately. The shop is filled with stacks of fabric and ready-made pieces that we’ve sourced or put together. It gets a bit crowded in here when the new season's stuff comes in, and we have to shuffle everything around to make room. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or lighting; we just focus on having items that people want to buy. Most of our customers are other shopkeepers or people who know the market well. We drink a lot of tea while we talk to suppliers and sort out the day's orders. It’s not an easy job because of the constant lifting and moving, but it’s what we know. We just try to be fair and keep things moving so we can go home on time to our families after a long shift.
