Palav Travels

Palav Travels is tucked away in Shop No 2 of the Hans Shopping Center. We are on Lambe Hanuman Road, near the Dhan Laxmi area in Matavadi. It’s a lively part of Varachha. The shopping center always has people coming and going. Our shop is small but we keep it tidy. We have a counter and a few computers. Every morning starts with a cup of tea and a look at the booking list. We handle a lot of travel for the people living around here. It’s mostly about getting people from point A to point B without too much trouble. We don't have any big advertisements or flashy lights. People usually find us because they live nearby or their friend told them about us. We spend a lot of time checking and re-checking dates. One small error on a ticket can cause a big headache for someone, so we try to be careful. The noise from Matavadi is constant, but you stop hearing it after an hour. Sometimes the neighbors from the other shops come in to borrow a stapler or just to see how things are going. We don't have a fancy website or anything like that. We just sit here, do the work, and make sure people get their travel papers. It’s a basic shop for basic needs. We’ve been here at Hans Shopping Center long enough to know most of the faces that walk by.
