Painter Nazeer

I spend most of my time out at job sites, but my main spot is at 25 Ring Road in the G I D C Savli area. Specifically, I’m in the Krishana Yern Chambre. Being in an industrial zone like this means there is always work to be done. I’ve been a painter for a long time, and I mostly just work with my hands and a few tools. My shop isn't really a place where you sit down and have tea. It’s more of a storage space for my ladders, drop cloths, and different types of industrial paints. The building itself is quite practical, just like the work I do. I don't use any fancy machines to do the painting. It’s mostly brushes and rollers and a lot of patience. Sometimes the heat in Savli gets to be a bit much, especially when I’m working on those big warehouse walls. I have a couple of guys who help me out when the jobs are too big for one person. We don't have a secretary or a fancy phone system. If you call, you’ll probably just reach me on my mobile while I’m on a ladder. I try to be honest about how long a job will take. Some days are better than others, especially when the weather stays dry. I just focus on the task in front of me and move on to the next one. It’s just regular work, nothing special to brag about.
