Onwards Holidays

Onwards Holidays is located at 127 in the Smc Shopping Center. We are right on the Ring Road in Surat, which is almost always packed with cars and people. If you know where the Shivaji Statue is near Sahara Darwaja, we are just a short walk from there. It’s a very central location, which is good for business but can be a bit noisy. We’ve been in this shopping center for quite a while now. Our office isn't very big, but we’ve got enough space to sit down with customers and talk through their holiday plans. We spend a lot of our day looking at maps and checking flight or train schedules. It’s mostly us helping families and individuals plan their breaks from work. We don't promise anything we can't do, and we try to keep our prices fair. Sometimes people just drop in to say hello because they've booked with us before. The Smc Shopping Center has a lot of different businesses, so there's always something going on. We keep our files organized, though the desk usually has a few coffee cups on it by the afternoon. We aren't part of some big travel chain; we are just a local team trying to do a good job for the folks in Surat. We like what we do, and being near Sahara Darwaja keeps us right in the heart of the city's movement. It gets busy, but we manage fine.
