We've got a small place at Pandesara 12. It’s a simple mobile shop where we do a bit of everything related to phones. Most days, you’ll find us sitting behind the glass counter, either fixing a broken charging port or helping someone pick out a screen protector that won't peel off in a week. The shop isn't very large, and we have boxes of accessories stacked up in the back corner because we don't have much storage space. It’s often a bit noisy because we usually have a small radio or a TV playing in the background to keep things lively. People from the neighborhood drop by just to chat sometimes, even if they don't need anything fixed. We don't use a computer for everything; a lot of our notes are still written down in a big diary we keep on the shelf. The floor is just tile that we sweep out every morning, and the shelves are made of simple wood and glass. We don't have any big corporate backing or anything. It's just a local shop where we try to give people a fair price for a repair. Sometimes we can't fix a phone because it’s too old or too broken, and we just tell the customer straight. We aren't interested in making things sound better than they are. We just open up, do the work, and go home. Usually, there's a stack of newspapers on the counter and the smell of nearby street food coming in through the door.
