Our small service point is located in B. R. C Colony in the Fatehnagar area of Udhana. If you know Surat, you know this part of town can get pretty busy with all the industrial work nearby. We spend our days looking at phone screens and trying to figure out why things aren't charging properly. It is a small shop, not much to look at from the outside. We have a counter and a few chairs for people to sit on while they wait for their devices. Usually, it's just one or two of us working on the hardware. We get a lot of people from the local colony coming in with cracked screens or battery issues. It’s a bit dusty around here because of the road, so we are always cleaning the glass. The shop stays open throughout the week. Sometimes we have to wait for parts to arrive from other places, which can take a few days. We try to be honest about how long it will take. People around here appreciate that. It is just a simple place to get a phone fixed. We don't have any fancy displays or anything like that. Just some tools and a lot of small screws. It can get a bit hot in the afternoons, but the fan keeps us going. We’ve been at this address for a good while now and people know where to find us. It’s just a normal part of the local street.
