If you find yourself on Ghod-Dod Road in Surat, you might pass Bhavik Complex. That’s where we are, at Plot No-U/1. Nisuki Capital Ltd. isn't some huge bank with marble floors. Our office is a lot more modest than that. We have some desks, some chairs, and a lot of calculators. Ghod-Dod Road is always buzzing with people shopping or going to eat, so there’s never a dull moment outside our windows. We’ve been in this complex for a good while. The stairs are a bit steep, and the parking lot is usually full by ten in the morning, but we like the energy of the area. We’re a small team, and we spend most of our time looking at numbers and talking to people about their plans. We don't use a lot of fancy financial jargon because we don't think it’s necessary. We just explain things as they are. Sometimes the office gets a bit chaotic when everyone is on the phone at once, but we usually have it under control. We don't have any big corporate goals written on the walls. We just want to do a good job for the people who come to see us at U/1. It’s a straightforward business and we try to keep it that way. We aren't looking to be the biggest, just to be reliable and stay around for a long time. Some days we have more tea than work, but we always get everything done eventually.
