We are located at number 45 in Subham Industrial-1. It's in the Saniya Hemad area, right off Kadodara Road here in Surat. Being in an industrial estate means there is always something going on around us. Trucks coming in, people loading stuff up, and a lot of noise. Nipi Fashion India Private Limited is just one of many businesses in this row, but we try to keep our head down and do our own thing. The office isn't anything special to look at. It's functional. We have some machines, some tables for packing, and a lot of fabric rolls sitting around. Most days are pretty much the same: we come in early, see what orders need to go out, and get to work. It’s a bit of a drive from the center of Surat, but being near Kadodara Road makes it easier for transport. We don't spend money on fancy marketing or big signs. We’d rather just make sure the stitching is straight and the colors look like they’re supposed to. It’s a family-run kind of vibe, even if we are a private limited company on paper. We’ve had some good years and some tough ones, but we’re still here in Saniya Hemad doing what we know how to do.
