New Shreenath Travels is located at U-5 in the Revawala Chamber. Our shop is right on Kostafil Main Road in the Gopipura area of Surat. If you are looking for us, we are sitting directly opposite the D K M Hospital in Vadifadiya. Being near a hospital means there is always a lot of movement outside our door. Our office is a modest one, just big enough for a couple of desks and some chairs for people to wait. We don't have a fancy website or a bunch of slogans. We just focus on getting people their tickets and making sure the bus routes are clear. Most of our work is done over the phone or with people who walk in off the street. The noise from the main road is something we have just gotten used to over the years. We aren't trying to be the biggest travel agency in the world. We just want to do a decent job for the local residents who need to get out of town for work or family. Sometimes the internet acts up or the printer jams, and we just deal with it as it comes. It is a very normal, everyday kind of business. We’ve been in Gopipura for a long time and we know how the local transport works. If you need a ticket, we just look it up and give you the paper. That is all there is to it.
