Delhi Gate is a busy spot. Our office, New Sagar Tours And Travels, is at 13, Tread House on Unapanin Road. It’s easy to find because Satkar Hotel is right nearby. Most days, the street is full of people and noise. We spend a lot of time here handling the bookings and answering the phone. It’s not a fancy place, just a few desks and some chairs. The morning starts with tea from the local stall. That's the routine. We see a lot of different people coming in, some looking for a bus and some just asking for directions. We’ve been at this location in Surat for quite a long time now. The sign outside has seen better days, and the paint is peeling a bit. But it does the job. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us. We focus on getting the details right on the forms. Sometimes the electricity cuts out, and we have to wait, but that's just life here. We like being part of the Delhi Gate area. It feels like we are in the middle of everything. If you walk past Tread House, you’ll likely see us sitting inside, working through the paperwork. It’s a simple, honest business. We just take it one day at a time and try to help people get where they need to go without much fuss.
