New Jyoti Travels

New Jyoti Travels is based in Shankar Plaza on the ground floor. We are in the Nanpura area of Surat, specifically near Timaliawad. You can find us right opposite Manmandir. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to just walk in off the street without having to deal with stairs or elevators. We’ve been here for quite some time now. The office is pretty basic. We have our desks set up and some space for customers to sit while we talk about their travel plans. It's not a polished corporate environment. It feels more like a local hangout sometimes because we know so many people in the area. We handle all sorts of travel requests, from local trips to longer journeys. We just sit down with the computer and see what's available for the dates they want. Nanpura is a busy part of Surat, and Shankar Plaza is a well-known spot. We like being accessible to everyone. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the street traffic outside, but that’s just life in the city. We don't try to be anything we're not. We are just a local travel shop trying to do a decent job for the folks around here. We keep our hours, answer the phones, and help the people who come in. It’s a simple way of doing business. We appreciate the people who have been coming to us for years and keeping us busy.
