You can find our office at 901, Paritosh Apt on Citylight Road here in Surat. We’ve been running New Jyoti Travels for a while from this spot. It’s a high floor, so we have a bit of a view, but mostly we are just focused on the computer screens and the phones. We handle all sorts of travel bookings for people in the city. If you need to get a ticket or plan a route, that’s what we do all day. We started this because we liked the idea of helping people see new places. It’s not always easy, especially when prices are changing or seats are filling up fast, but we do our best to find a good deal. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us who know the travel business inside and out. Citylight Road is usually pretty busy, so there’s always something going on outside. Inside, we just keep it simple. We listen to what you need, check the availability, and get it booked. We handle a lot of local families and small business owners who trust us with their plans. It’s a straightforward way to make a living and we enjoy talking to the different people who walk through the door. We aren't trying to be anything we're not, just a reliable travel office for the neighborhood. If the elevator is working it’s a quick trip up to the ninth floor.
