New Bharat Travel

You can find us at Lambe Hanuman Road, right near the Mata Wadi Crossing. Our official address is A/1, Survey Number 5253, Plot No 1314, which sounds a bit complicated on paper but it is just a regular shop on a very busy street in Surat. Being at the crossing means there is always something going on outside our door. We see the buses and rickshaws go by all day long. New Bharat Travel is where we spend most of our time, usually dealing with people who are heading out of town for work or to see family. The office has a few old cupboards full of files and a calendar on the wall that we forget to turn sometimes. It gets a bit dusty because of the road works nearby, but we try to keep it tidy enough for when customers come in. We aren't a big corporate company, just a local group doing what we know. Most of the folks who come to us live in the Varachha area, so we see the same faces quite often. We talk about the weather or how the local roads are getting more crowded while we print out the travel papers. It’s a straightforward life here. We open up early because that’s when people like to get their travel stuff sorted before they go to their own jobs. It works for us. We just keep our heads down and handle the bookings as they come in.
