Narayan Mobile Sales & Service Center

We've been here at Varachha Road for a while now. It's usually pretty busy outside because of the GIDC traffic. Mostly we just fix phones that people drop or ones that stop charging. Some days it’s just screen replacements all day long. We have a small counter and some tools in the back where the work gets done. People from the nearby factories stop by when their speakers get clogged with dust. It gets hot in the afternoons but we keep the fans going. Sometimes we sell a few new handsets if someone needs a basic one for work. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know how to handle the small parts. The shop isn't fancy, but it works for what we need. We've seen a lot of different phone models come through these doors. Some are easy to open and some take forever. We usually have parts for the common brands in stock. If not, we have to wait a day or two for the delivery guy to bring them. It’s a simple living. We open up early and stay until the evening rush settles down. The street lights outside flicker sometimes when the heavy trucks go by. Most regulars know us by name and just leave their phones and come back later. We try to be quick so people aren't without their devices for too long. That’s pretty much how things go here at Narayan Mobile.
