We are located at A22 in Central Park, which is part of the GIDC area in Pandesara. If you know Surat at all, you know Pandesara is all about industry and manufacturing. Our unit is a very straightforward setup. We have been here for some time now, dealing with fashion production and everything that comes with it. It is a lot of grey buildings around here, but inside we stay busy with different colors and fabrics. The GIDC roads can be a bit rough, especially during the monsoon season when the puddles get deep and the mud is everywhere. We just get on with our jobs despite that. There is no fancy lobby or air-conditioned waiting room. You walk in and you see the work happening right there on the floor. It is a noisy environment sometimes with all the neighboring factories, but we don't mind it much. We have a small team and everyone knows exactly what they have to do. We spend a lot of time on the floor checking the quality of the batches before they leave. It is not the kind of place where people wear suits. We wear what is comfortable for a long day of physical work. It is a practical location for what we do because the transport links are right there. Most days are just about hitting the numbers and making sure the machines are running okay. We aren't here to impress anyone with the decor.
