Mphasis Bpo

We operate out of number 15 in the Jai Mahalaxmi Society, located in the Nana Varachha area of Surat. This is where Mphasis BPO is set up. It’s a busy neighborhood, and the society is usually full of people coming and going. Our office is a bit of a hive of activity. Since we’re a BPO, there are always people on headsets and the sound of typing is constant. We don’t have a lot of fancy furniture. It’s mostly just long rows of desks and chairs that have been used for years. We handle all sorts of calls and data work for different clients. It can get a bit stressful when the volume is high, but we just put our heads down and get through the shift. The lighting is that bright fluorescent kind that can be a bit much after eight hours, but you get used to it. We take our breaks in a small corner where there’s a water cooler and a place to sit. It’s not like those fancy offices you see in movies. It’s a real place where people work hard to keep everything running. We talk to each other a lot to figure out problems. Nana Varachha is a lively part of Surat, so there’s always somewhere to grab a quick snack nearby. We just focus on doing the tasks assigned to us. It’s straightforward work and we don’t try to dress it up as anything else. We are just here to do the job well every day.
