Mostli Digital Ventures Llp

Our place is in the Rupali Co-operative Housing Society, specifically flat 103 on the first floor. It’s located near Naher Bhatar Road. It’s a bit of a maze to find if you aren't from around here, but once you know where Plot 187 is, it’s easy. Mostli Digital Ventures Llp is basically run out of this flat. We turned the living area into a workspace with several desks pushed together. It’s not like those big corporate offices you see in movies. It feels like a home because it used to be one. We have a small balcony where we go to get some air when the screens get too bright. Most of our work involves digital stuff, managing websites and that sort of thing. We don't have fancy titles or a dress code. If you come by, you’ll probably see us in t-shirts and flip-flops. We’ve got a fridge stocked with cold water and some snacks. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which helps us focus. We handle a lot of different tasks every day. Some are simple, some are a headache. We just take them as they come. There’s no big philosophy behind it. We just need to pay the bills and do right by the people who hire us. It’s a practical setup for a small team like ours. Sometimes the doorbell rings and it's just a neighbor, but we don't mind the distraction much.
