We are located at No. 19 in Alif Nagar-2, which is right across from National Plaza. If you are driving on the Surat Navsari Main Road, you probably see us all the time. The traffic is always heavy out there, and the sound of horns never really stops. Inside the shop, it is a bit quieter, but not much. We spend the day dealing with phones and people coming in for different communication needs. It is a small space, filled with glass counters and some stools for people to sit on while they wait. The floor gets dusty from all the foot traffic coming off the main road. Sometimes the internet is slow, and that makes things frustrating, but we manage. My desk is usually covered in small parts and receipts. We have some shelves with various accessories that we try to keep tidy, though it doesn't always stay that way. The sun hits the front window pretty hard in the afternoons, so it gets warm. We mostly just focus on getting through the stack of work we have for the day. It’s a busy spot in a busy part of town. People from all over the Alif Nagar area stop in. We don't do anything fancy here, just the regular stuff people need for their phones and connections. It is a long day from start to finish, but we are used to the pace by now.
