Yash Agency is set up right by the RTO in Pal, Surat. It’s a busy little corner of the city, especially with so many people coming in to get their vehicle stuff sorted out. Our office isn't very large, just enough room for a couple of desks, some old filing cabinets, and a few chairs for people to sit while they wait. We aren't the kind of place that uses big marketing words or has a polished corporate image. We’re just a local agency helping out with the paperwork and services that people need when they’re dealing with the RTO. Some days the queue is out the door and other days we’re just sitting around talking about the news. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the people in the neighborhood. We don't have a big mission or a vision statement hanging on the wall. We just try to make sure the forms are filled out correctly so our clients don't have to come back twice. The heat in Surat can be quite a lot in the summer, so we keep the fans on high and just keep moving. It’s a basic business. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Usually, someone just points a friend in our direction. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just trying to make the paperwork a little less of a headache for the people who walk through our door.
