Module Architect

Our office is located at 237 in the Avadh Viceror building. It is right on Sarthana Jakatnaka Road, which stays pretty active all day long. Being near the D Mart means there is always a lot of movement around here, so it never feels quiet. We are up on the second floor just doing our thing with building designs and site layouts. It is a straightforward setup with desks, some half-rolled blueprints, and a lot of coffee cups scattered around. We spend a good chunk of the day looking at structural details and trying to coordinate with the guys out on the construction sites. Sarthana is a growing area, so there is always something happening outside our windows. We are not into big presentations or flashy brochures. Usually, it is just us and the clients sitting around a table marked with pencil lines. Sometimes the internet acts up or we run out of plotter paper at the wrong time, but we manage. It feels like a real workspace where things actually get built. We moved into this spot because it was convenient for getting to different parts of Surat. It is not a very formal place. If you come by, you’ll probably see us arguing over a staircase height or checking some measurements. We just like building things and keeping the process simple for everyone involved.
