Our shop is right there on Kadodara Gotri Road at number 24. Most people just call us Mobile Express. We’ve been fixing phones and selling bits and pieces here for quite some time. It’s a small place, honestly. You walk in and there’s the counter where we do most of the repairs. We get all kinds of phones coming in. Some are cracked, some won't turn on, and some are just old. We do our best to look at them. It’s usually me and maybe one other person here. We don't have a big team or a slick showroom. It’s just shelves with cases and chargers and tools scattered around the back. The road outside stays pretty busy, so there’s always noise from the bikes and cars passing by. We like being part of the Kadodara area. You get to know the regulars who drop by just to chat or ask a quick question about their screen. We don't use any fancy systems to track things; we just write it down and get to work. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. No one wears a uniform here. We just wear what’s comfortable and get our hands dirty with the electronics. If your phone is acting up, you just bring it by. We’ll take a look and tell you what we see. That’s how we’ve always done it at number 24. It is not about being fancy, just about getting the job done right.
