We’ve been here for several years now, and we’ve seen the street change a lot. Our office is a straightforward place. We have a few benches for repairs and some shelves stocked with parts that we might need. It isn't a glossy retail store. It’s a place where we actually do the work. Most of us have lived in this part of the city our whole lives. We started out just fixing things for friends, and it eventually turned into this business. We don't go in for big marketing campaigns or anything like that. Word of mouth has always been enough for us. People know that if they bring something to B 418, we’ll take a look at it and be honest about whether it’s worth fixing. Sometimes we’re so busy that the floor is covered in boxes, but we try to keep things moving. The summers here are tough, but we have a couple of decent fans that help. We don't have a big mission statement or anything. We just want to do a good job and make sure our customers are satisfied when they leave. It’s honest work, and it keeps us on our toes. We’re just a local business trying to make a living on Varachha Road and keeping folks' computers running.
