Mial (Gvk)

Our spot is located at 32/3 Hoil Crib, right across from the Prashant Building in Korivali Village. This is over in Kalina, Santacruz East, which is a pretty tight-knit part of Mumbai. Being near the airport area means there is always a bit of a buzz in the air. We are Mial (Gvk), and this is where we handle our daily routine. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a sturdy building in a busy lane. You have to navigate through some narrow streets to get here, especially when the rains come and the puddles start forming. We see people heading to work every morning and the local shops opening up their shutters one by one. It’s a very local atmosphere. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of filing cabinets. We don’t have a big lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Usually, one of us just looks up when the door opens. The tea stall nearby is where we usually go when we need a break from the screen. Working in Mumbai means you get used to the noise and the constant movement. We just keep our heads down and manage the tasks at hand. It’s practical work and we’ve been doing it this way for a long time. It feels like part of the neighborhood now. Just a regular day for us.
