Mataji Mobile Shop

Mataji Mobile Shop is over at Katargam A 29. It is a straightforward place. We don't have a big team or anything, just a couple of us who know our way around a mobile circuit. The shop itself is small, which makes it easier to keep track of things. We mostly deal with the people who live right here in the Katargam area. They come in for talk time recharges or to buy a new pair of headphones when their old ones stop working on one side. We have a lot of different cases on the walls, mostly the sturdy ones because people around here work hard and drop their phones a lot. Sometimes the shop gets a bit crowded if three or four people come in at once, but everyone just waits their turn and chats. It’s a very local vibe. We don't use any complicated systems for tracking repairs; we just write it down in a notebook and keep the phone in a labeled bin. It has worked fine for years. The address A 29 is easy to find once you are in the right block. We like being part of this neighborhood. There is no stress about being some big retail outlet. We just do the repairs, sell the accessories, and make sure the customers are handled properly. That is the daily routine for us at Mataji Mobile Shop and we are used to it.
