Mantra Teleservices

Mantra Teleservices is a little place on Varachha Road, specifically at the 59th Cross in the 5th Block of Rajajinagar 2. It is a bit of a trek to find if you aren't from around here, but the locals know the spot. We mostly help people with their mobile recharges, SIM card issues, and basic internet setups. The shop is quite narrow, with just enough room for a desk and a couple of stools for customers. We have posters of different data plans taped all over the walls, some of which are probably out of date. It gets pretty loud with the traffic from Varachha Road right outside the door. We aren't a big corporate office. It is just me and sometimes a helper. We handle a lot of small problems for people who aren't very good with technology. Sometimes the system is slow and we have to tell people to come back in an hour. We don't have a fancy coffee machine or air conditioning. We just have a small fridge for cold water and a lot of patience for solving phone problems. It is a simple life running a shop like this. We see a lot of the same people every month when they come to pay their bills. We don't do much advertising because the shop sign is enough to let people know we are here to help them out.
