I’m Manoj Shah and my business is located on Rander Dabhoi Road in the Pratapnagar area of Vadodara. It’s a busy road with lots of shops and traffic. I’ve been at this location for a long time. My shop isn't anything special to look at from the outside. It’s just a standard space where I keep my equipment and records. I don't have a big team helping me. It’s mostly just me and a couple of helpers who have been with me for years. We know the people around here well. It’s a community where everyone knows what everyone else is doing. I don't spend money on advertising or fancy signs. Most people just walk in because they see the door is open. The work is mostly routine and practical. We don't have a mission statement or any of those modern business ideas. We just try to do a decent job every day so people come back next time. Sometimes the rain makes the road a bit messy, but we just keep the floor clean and carry on. It’s a quiet life in a way, just keeping the business running and talking to the neighbors. I’ve lived and worked in Vadodara all my life, so this place feels right for me. I don't see any reason to change how things are done as long as it works. I just open up every morning and see what the day brings.
