Manohar Cloth Store

We are Manohar Cloth Store, located right next to the Julelal Temple in the Pimpri area of Rander. Our shop is at number 5. Being so close to the temple means there is always a lot of activity around us. You can hear the bells and the people passing by all day long. It's a small shop, but we make the most of the space we have. We carry a variety of fabrics and clothes that we've picked out ourselves. It isn't a modern boutique with glass walls. It's more of a traditional local shop where we know many of the customers by their first names. We have been in Rander for quite some time now. Some people stop in after visiting the temple, and others come specifically to see what new stock we’ve brought in. We don't do much in the way of big sales or loud promotions. We just open up in the morning, sweep the front, and wait for people to come in. The shelves are usually stacked pretty high because we try to keep a good selection. Sometimes it gets a little disorganized when we are busy, but we eventually get everything back in its place. Working in a place like Pimpri feels very connected to the neighborhood. We see the same faces every week. It's a steady way to live and work. We don't have any plans to move or change things much. We just like being here.
