It’s a bit unusual for a clothing business to be in a society like this, but it works for us. We use the space for our manufacturing and sorting. It's a bit of a maze inside with all the boxes. We are an LLP, which sounds very official, but it’s really just a handful of us managing everything. The canal nearby gives a bit of a breeze on lucky days. We’ve been here in Surat for quite some time now. We don't bother with fancy branding or polished websites. Most of our customers find us because they know someone who works with us. The daily routine is pretty standard. We get the fabric in, check it over, and get the machines going. You can hear the hum from outside. Sometimes the neighbors complain if we stay too late, so we try to wrap up by a decent hour. We handle different types of clothing depending on what’s needed that month. It’s a lot of manual labor. We don't have a big corporate ladder or anything. We just sit around the same table for lunch and talk about the work. It’s a practical setup. We just want to keep the machines running and the orders moving. Surat is the right place for this kind of work and we plan to stay.
