Make My Holidays

Our little office is tucked away at L-20 in Jolly Plaza, right near the Athwa Gates. It’s a good spot because the Girls Polytechnic College is just nearby, so there’s always people moving around outside. We’ve been operating out of this part of Surat for a while, just doing the daily work of sorting out travel plans. It’s mostly just us sitting here with our tea, checking schedules on the computer and talking to customers who want to go somewhere new. We don't have any big corporate slogans or anything like that. We just focus on getting the tickets booked and making sure the hotel stuff is sorted out correctly. Sometimes the traffic around Athwa Gates can be a bit much, but once you get inside the plaza, it's pretty quiet. We help out with all sorts of trips, whether someone is just going to the next state or planning something much further away. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of employees, just a few of us who know how the travel systems work. Most of our day is spent on the phone or typing away, making sure everything is ready for whoever is traveling next. We like to keep things simple and honest. If a flight is too expensive, we tell you. If there’s a better way to get there, we look for it. It's just a regular local business.
