Magic Holiday

We've been running Magic Holiday for a while now from the third floor of Isconn Mall. It's right on Dumas Piplod Road, so most people know where that is. We spend most of our days here in the office, answering phones and trying to sort out trips for people who walk in. The mall is usually busy, but our corner stays pretty steady. We aren't a big corporation or anything, just a small team trying to get things right. Sometimes the internet is slow or the mall traffic is a headache, but we show up every morning. We deal with all kinds of travel requests. Some people want to go nearby, others are looking for something further away. We just look at the screens and try to find what works for their schedule. If you're walking around Piplod and need to talk about a holiday, we are just up the stairs or the lift. It's a simple setup. We have some chairs and a couple of desks. Nothing fancy. We focus on getting the tickets and bookings done without making a big fuss about it. Surat is a busy city, and we are right in the middle of it here at the mall. We keep regular hours. If we're not at the desk, we're probably grabbing a quick tea nearby. It’s just how we work. We like the local feel of being in Isconn Mall. It's a good spot for us. We just keep it moving one day at a time, helping out who we can.
