Madhav Hardwere

Madhav Hardwere is based at No-1 in the Soham Nagar Society, which is part of the Sarthi Complex right on Varachha Main Road. Being on the main road means there is always a lot of traffic and people passing by our front door. It’s a good spot for a hardware shop because people can just pull over when they realize they need something for their house or their work. We have been here for quite some time now, and we have seen many other shops come and go. Our place is quite simple. We have shelves full of tools, pipes, and all sorts of metal bits. It gets a little dusty inside because of all the construction material, but that’s just how hardware stores are. We don’t have any big mission statements or anything like that. We just show up every day and wait for customers to come in. Sometimes it is very busy and other times we just sit and watch the cars go by on Varachha Main Road. The folks from the Soham Nagar Society often stop in just to say hello or to buy a few nails. It’s a friendly place, and we try to treat everyone who walks in with a bit of respect. We aren't looking to become a giant corporation. We just want to keep the shop running and help our neighbors with their repairs. It is an honest job and we are glad to do it every single day.
