It’s a standard industrial unit, nothing too special to look at from the outside. We’ve got our tools, our stock, and a small area where we keep the books. Most days start with a cup of tea and a look at what needs fixing or shipping out. We deal with various types of equipment, and it gets pretty greasy sometimes. That's just the nature of the business. The floor is concrete and has some stains from years of work, but it shows we’ve been busy. We don’t have a fancy reception desk. Usually, if someone walks in, they just talk to whoever is closest to the door. We prefer it that way. It keeps things simple. We know the other business owners around Plotno. 15, and we all kind of look out for each other. Sometimes the power goes out or the water is slow, but we manage. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the equipment we handle is solid and that we don’t let anyone down. It's a lot of manual work and long hours, especially during the monsoon when the roads around the estate get a bit messy. But we show up every day and do what we need to do to keep the shop running.
