Madhav Communication

We’ve been here at Palanpur Nd 1 for a while now. It’s just a small spot where we handle phone stuff. Most days it’s pretty busy with people coming in because their screens broke or they need a new SIM card. Madhav Communication isn't a big fancy place. There’s a lot of boxes stacked up in the corner and the counter gets cluttered. Sometimes the fan makes a weird clicking noise when it’s hot outside. We sit here and wait for the morning rush to settle. Neighbors stop by to chat about the local news while we work on things. It gets loud when the traffic picks up on the main road. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us trying to keep things organized. Usually, the inventory arrives late so we spend time sorting through cables and cases. It’s a lot of manual work. We know most of the faces that walk through the door by now. Palanpur has changed a bit since we opened but our shop stays basically the same. We just keep the lights on and try to get the repairs done by the time people come back from work. There isn’t much to it, just a daily routine of fixing and selling. Sometimes the coffee gets cold on the desk because someone walks in with a complicated problem. That’s just how it goes here. We don't use fancy software, just a notebook and some patience.
