M. R. Goel & Co. Chartered Accountants

M. R. Goel & Co. is situated at 202, Achal Apartment on Bhagatalav Main road in Surat. We are near the skyline studio and right opposite the WOW collection shop. It’s a pretty easy location to find if you are familiar with this part of the city. Our office is a standard chartered accountancy firm where we deal with all the usual financial paperwork. We do a lot of work for the textile traders and other small businesses that are common in this area. There are three of us working here most days. The office is full of cabinets because we still keep a lot of physical records along with the digital ones. It can feel a bit crowded when we have a few clients over at the same time. We don't follow any corporate protocols here. We just work hard and try to help people stay on the right side of the tax department. Bhagatalav Main road is always busy, so there’s a lot of noise from the bikes and cars outside. We’ve gotten used to it over the years. We think it is good that we don't use a lot of jargon. We explain things in plain English or Gujarati so everyone understands what’s going on with their money. It’s a practical, no-nonsense office. We just do the accounting and auditing work as best as we can every single day. We just want to get the columns to balance at the end of the day.
