Our office is located at number 10 in the Nanpura Man Mandir Complex. We are right across from the Surat Peoples Bank, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find us. The complex is a bit older, and the stairs can be a little steep. Inside, it’s mostly just us at our desks, surrounded by papers and files for different holiday packages. It’s a lot of typing and talking on the phone all day long. Surat is a busy city, and Nanpura is no different. You can hear the traffic from the bank side all the time. We have a few posters of mountains and beaches on the walls just to brighten things up, but otherwise, it’s a very practical office. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. People just walk in, sit in the plastic chairs, and we talk about where they want to go. Sometimes the power goes out in the building and we just have to sit in the dark for a bit and wait. It’s not a perfect setup, but it’s where we do our work. We spend a lot of time checking and re-checking booking details because one small mistake can mess up someone's whole trip. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we just take it one day at a time here at the Man Mandir Complex.
