Lakshya Architects

We are tucked away in Shop No. B3 inside Saru Nagar Society, right by Someshwar Char Rasta in the Piplod area of Surat. It is a busy part of town, especially with the traffic around V.N.S.G.U., but we like being here. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we sit down with rolls of blueprints and try to figure out how to make a space work for someone. Some mornings are spent mostly on the phone with contractors who are running late, or we are out on-site getting our shoes dusty. People usually find us because they live nearby or saw the board while driving past the society. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, so we usually have the fan going full speed while we sketch out plans. We handle a lot of different things, from basic house layouts to more detailed interior stuff. There is always a stack of samples sitting on the desk—tiles, wood finishes, or paint swatches that we’ve been looking at for days. It is just a few of us here working through the paperwork and the design drawings. We don't really have a big corporate setup. It is more about sitting across the table, having some tea, and talking about where the kitchen should go or how to fix a cramped room. It’s practical work, really. We’ve been in this spot for a bit now and know the local neighborhoods well.
