You can find Kwality Electronics & Mobile Repairing Centre over on City Light Road at L 12. Despite the name, we aren't some high-end boutique. We are a practical repair shop where the focus is on fixing electronics. The workbench is the main feature of the shop, usually cluttered with soldering irons, multimeters, and various disassembled phones. We’ve been at this L 12 location for quite a while now. City Light Road is a busy area, so there is always a lot of movement outside. Inside, it’s mostly just the sound of us working. We take in all sorts of gadgets, but mobile phones are the bulk of it. If a charging port is loose or a speaker has stopped working, we can usually sort it out. We don't have a fancy waiting area; most people just drop their device off and come back later in the evening. Our shelves are stocked with spare parts like screens and batteries for many different brands. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes with all the wires, but we have a system that works. We don't do much advertising. Most people come here because their friend or cousin told them we fixed their phone before. We just try to do the work properly and be fair about the cost. It’s a straightforward shop for people who just want their electronics working again without any extra talk or complicated procedures.
