Krunal Mobile Care is right there at Urmi Char Rasta in Udhna. It’s a corner spot, so it’s easy to find if you’re looking. We’ve been here for a while, dealing with all kinds of mobile issues. Everything from software glitches to broken glass. I learned how to fix phones by watching others and then just practicing on my own. Now it’s what I do every day. The shop is small, and there’s usually a bit of a wait because it’s a busy intersection. People drop off their phones and then go run other errands nearby. We have a counter full of accessories, like those colorful cases and different types of headphones. It’s not the quietest place to work with all the traffic noise outside, but you get used to it. We try to be helpful. If someone comes in confused about their settings, we show them how to fix it. We don't charge for every little thing. It's about being part of the community here at the Char Rasta. Some days we have more work than we can handle, and other days it’s just us sitting and drinking tea. It’s a local business, nothing more. We just want to make sure the people in Udhna have a place to bring their phones. If the parts are in stock, we try to finish everything by evening before we close.
